Dr. Susan Moss, OD

Avoid her at all costs. She is not patient and will belittle patients in front of their face.

I was seen by Dr Moss to obtain a new Rx for glasses, following both retinal and cataract surgery. My exam was very thorough, and Dr Moss answered by questions - and addressed concerns about possible future issues. I absolutely recommend this practitioner!

First visited 8 months post cataract surgery (performed at a major eye clinic) because vision was poor with large new floaters and severe dry eyes. Surgeon was not able to help me. Dr. Moss is confident she can help and my vision is already improving after one week with homeopathic products. My glasses Rx had also been overcorrected. Dr. Moss was very kind and compassionate.

My 12yo daughter went to her during the summer of the pandemic. Dr. Moss knows so much about ortho k and is very passionate about it. She took her time to carefully evaluate my daughters eyes that so far after 5 months, she is on her very first lenses that you wear while you sleep and in the morning, you can see 20/20! My daughter just loved her patience as answered all questions.

Between 2012-2015 she was wonderful although unprofessional. By January 2016 through the spring, she became unethical and unprofessional. She knows her material. She can be helpful She helped me a great deal. The problem I had with her , that I tolerated and never complained about between 2012-2015, was that she'd interrupt my appointment when certain people came in. By 2016, not given my rx presc. Not allowed to pick up or pay for my contacts/ glasses order. yelled at me in waiting room.
