First off to I had to fill out at least 4 forms about sleep before the appointment plus of course the mental health assessment you get before every appointment. She did her virtual appointment in her very cluttered kitchen, and felt very unprofessional. With all my assessment or forms and past information all in front of her, her first words are why are you here? I would think that would be pretty obvious but I tell her honestly cause my pcp told me to come. She gets snarky and says oh but you don't want to be here? Right off not a good start. She then takes forever ready my chart? Assessments? She starts asking me same questions I just answered in the forms I just filled out. Had to repeat myself and retell because she kept getting it wrong like she wasn't listening cause she wasn't she was reading. She argued with me over my reaction to a medication. That's when I hung up. After summery made no mention of not finishing appointment, and made some terrible suggestions for care.
