Felt she was making light and fun of me
Very poor experience. While explaining severe issues she was smiling and making jokes. It was not appreciated. Agree that she was arrogant and didn't listen to me at all

Agree with above reviews. My mother was not listened to and not much interest there about her. I had to go with her to find out what was going on as she had steadily gotten worse. Most appointments were- here is your prescription- see you in 3 weeks. She seemed very arrogant to me. Maybe she should go back to being a nurse.

Very cold, no bedside manner, lack of empathy, seems annoyed when you inquire about the side effects of medications, and just all around rude. I would highly recommend she take a long hard look at herself and her attitude or choose a different career path. I've been in the healthcare field for over 20 years. You make us look bad.
