She was not a provider in my insurance plan and did not tell me. She is a provider that is out of network, so insurance will not pay for her bills. It would have been honest and ethical for her and the staff to inform me upfront. After several sessions, I have to pay out of pocket expenses. Be aware and check your insurance because the office will NOT inform you before appointments. I would NOT have picked her, but would have selected an provider in network!
