Susan Perez, NP

Baby was diagnosed with CHD and needed open heart surgery asap to save his life. This woman told me I was parionid and tired and my baby was fine. I demanded to have an echocardiogram done. My fears were confirmed and my baby needed his heart fixed. She was wrong and rude. I later ran into two other families with children who also were ignored and also needed open heart surgery. Thank goodness I spoke up and demanded testing be done because this women thinks she knows everything and clearly she's wrong alot. I give her no stars.

I would never recommend this lady. She doesn’t even seem to like people or children. Just an all around bad doctor. Mean spirited, cold, and unprofessional. Just a few words I would use to describe Susan Perez.

Do not recommend for children. She told me my sick 2 year old was “fine”. No advice given for a fever of 102. No advice given when concerned about eating or drinking. Zero advice given. Just checked him over to get out of the room as fast as possible. I felt as though we were inconveniencing her, for making her do her job. She also questioned my sons weight. Never gave guidance. Very poor “professional” to have seen as a first time mom.
