Pros: Dr.Reimbold is highly knowledgeable,professional.Appointment isn’t rushed.Listened and answered questions.Explained conditions well.Very friendly, professional stuff.Newest technology equipment.Easy appointment scheduling.Minimal waiting time. Cons: None. I am extremely happy to be a patient of Dr.Reimbold. I will recommend Dr.Reimbold to anyone who is looking for an excellent Optometrist.

The staff would not give our messages to the doctor. She was unaware we were trying to contact her. Then we were told there was no record of us trying to make contact! We think highly of Dr. Reimbold, have been patients of hers for 25 yrs. Today we had an appointment to talk to the doctor, waited 25 mins. Never did see her. Left them with our useless glasses and will not be back! Truly sorry our fine relationship with her ended this way!

I had a great experience with my eye exam from Dr. Reimbold, and I strongly recommend her. She is highly knowledgeable and professional and gave me a thorough exam. Dr. Reimbold explained everything to me and showed me images on the computer of what my eyes looked like. It was very impressive and also very informative. After the exam Emily walked me through all my options for lenses and frames. She was very patient and let me take all the time I needed to make a decision. Emily also made sure everything was measured and adjusted. The entire office staff is great and I noticed that they had excellent communication about my needs as I went from Check in to Barbara (she was great) to Dr. Reimbold and finally Emily. I would definitely recommend this office!!!

Have only great things to say about Reimbold Eye Group – Dr. Reimbold and her team are truly exceptional in every way! Very thorough, very caring, very concerned about every detail of a patient’s care – my favorite Doctor and team ever and that’s saying a lot coming from somebody 67 years old! Very highly recommend! I've had a wonderful experience with the whole Reimbold Eye Group team! First, it took me a few minutes to get scheduled and have my questions answered over the phone prior to the visit. When I came on the day of the appointment, all I had to do was just sign a few consent papers since all my paperwork had been already filled and insurance checked. You know how frustrating filling paperwork can be and how long it might take, so it’s a huge plus when everything is done so efficiently! The personnel is extremely polite and helpful (and they care for your time). My wait time was about five minutes, and then I was examined by the nurse. The facility can boast the most advanced medical equipment, so all the exams are done very fast. Almost immediately I was seen by the doctor. That’s where the real treat begins! Dr. Susan Reimbold is very professional, very knowledgeable, very kind with a great smile. This was my second visit to her office in three years and as far as I'm concern, she is my Ophthalmologist for life.

Dr. Reimbold has enabled me to not have to have any readers at work, and improved my long-distance vision so I am 20/15 with contacts. I can look up at the computer and down at my files to get everything done. My vision is better driving too. She is very professional and an excellent listener.

I had RK surgery in the early 90's and have recently needed glasses again. I don't like wearing glasses when I'm active and wanted to get back into contacts. Dr Reimbold has been fantastic to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and willing to spend the necessary time to get my difficult prescription and fitting just right! I can't say enough good things about her and the staff.

This is my second year with Dr. Reimbold and everything has been top notch. Appointments are easy to make, staff is friendly and helpful with paperwork. Dr. Reimbold actually takes the time to explain what each test in the eye exam is and what exactly that test is looking for which is something I've never had a doctor do before.
