Easy to talk to. She explains everything and comes up with a plan to help. She always listens and wants to get me the best treatment. I appreciate having a doctor who listens to my needs. She was very helpful when I was trying to decrease my medication. Finally someone who wants to help me

Excellent Medical Professional
NP Rugh has seen me on several occasions and is the consummate professional on every level. Her informed, attentive, professional medical care is, in my experience as a former paramedic and patient who has had over thirty surgeries and innumerable procedures, First Class, and above reproach. Based on past interactions, I have full confidence in her person as a provider, and look forward to our future medical interactions, which, given my many medical challenges will likely be substantial.

Over worked
she is so exhausted she has no care left in her. they make her see so many people that she has no clue what is going on with her clients. nor does she care anymore. she needs a new career asap before she really hurts someone.
