I have never been treated so poorly by a physicians' office in my life, and that is not hyperbole. They mis-scheduled my appointment -- a proven error on their part -- I was treated rudely by a front office member named Liz. When I called to leave a message for the office manager (Rosemary and Nancy), they sent an autocall for the reminder of my appointment later in the week. Trolled by a professional office?!
