Her inability to understand REAL PAIN and why you just don’t kick someone out of the office for not buying an internal tens unit. I had been getting great treatment from Dr. Cordner with injections and pain medication. She breezed in and told everyone to find a cognitive therapist for pain (hey, I’m in my 70s now and had been through therapy) but she removed me from the practice (along with medication) and sent me to someone who laughed at this and hung up on me when his therapy was useless. I am bedridden now with spinal column stenosis and unbearable leg pain. I can’t “find” her in Cordner’s offices (did they go out of business?) to thank her face-to-face for ruining my retirement and ability to travel to family and grandchildren. I hope she hasn’t ruined other trusting people’s lives. Of course Cordner refused to get involved.
