She answered all my questions, suggested the best treatments and worked very diligently. She is a great provider, I’m gonna start my acne treatment with her, I’m confident I will get better.

I have been coming to Hollywood Dermatology for about two years now and up until yesterday I did not experienced any unprofessionalism or discomfort. The ladies at the reception desk are always welcoming, my name was being called to see the doctor and I was greeted by the NASTIEST woman I’ve met in a while. Her name is Belkis, and with no exaggeration necessary she should never be allowed around people! I have not seen her in that office before, but immediately did not feel comfortable around her. I did not know what room I was going to, I had to ask her to please led me in the right direction. We arrived to the room and she flings her hand as if to say go in. I was so disgusted, and I just could not calm down. To make matters worse I informed Dr. Susana about Belkis actions while she was in the room. Dr. Susana brushed it off and insisted not to worry about it because she was there now. Belkis laughed in my face and walked out. 0 stars I am seeking a staff with more bedside manner.

Dr Mandel is very friendly and professional, her assistant Isma is excellent as well. I am very happy with her excellent service; therefore I will recommend them very highly.

She was very receptive hearing my concerns and patiently explained the questions that I had, she performed a biopsy in a very delicate way and guided me with everything that I needed.

She was knowledgeable. It's the first time I had a whole body check and I did not feel at all uncomfortable. Very professional. She was patient and let me explain my issues. The down side is I left the office without clear care instructions, and I have always had the area scraped for a biopsy

Excellent, she was professional and understanding. She treated some keratosis on my forehead very accurately. Will stay with her as patient.

I appreciate Susan so much since the moment I started treatment with her she has been so kind and done her best to make sure Im happy with my results I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist who truly loves her craft
