Susannah Elton, PA-C

I saw Dr. Elton at urgent care for extreme abdominal pain that I'd been in for months. She downplayed my pain, and assured me that my self diagnosis of a kidney stone was an 'uneducated guess' and scolded me for simply asking how kidney stones are diagnosed.. Lo and behold, three weeks later, out pops a kidney stone the length of a penny. Thanks for nothing, Susannah.

I was very disappointed that during the short time I was with her, she was very impatient, dismissive of all my concerns, and condescending. I will make sure I never see her again.

She is rude, arrogant, sarcastic, dismissive and condescending. She has the worst bedside manner that I have ever experienced in my entire life.

Recently, (on a Friday) I was struggling with serious bronchitis. My PCP was not available and Beaver Clinic Extended Care was closed! The Urgent Care (UC) clinic in Beaumont was not available. People from the IE with an illness flocked to the UC in Redlands. There were so many folks that people waiting for care, they were sitting in the UC waiting area, the hallway, lobby and in their cars waiting for medical assistance. You must consider the context of the UC workplace Ms. Elton must function when you evaluate this talented woman. Ms. Elton served countless people, including me, that day. She maintained professional poise notwithstanding the pressure of everyone wanting immediate help. I could continue but this review will not allow such space. Some advice: learn ‘how to’ explain your symptoms precisely and concisely without hesitation. Mind you, if I could have her as my PC person, I would request her immediately. Yes, she deserves the highest marks possible. 5 Stars!!!

Rude, condescending, and unpleasant. Quick to outright dismiss my concerns. Couldn't be bothered with my questions. I can't comment on her medical knowledge, but she certainly does not know how to converse with patients.

My daughter hurt her ankle, and this PA examined her, she was rude, and not very pleasant to talk to, seems like she does not want you to ask questions, does not really know about patient care.

As soon the PA Susannah Elton walk into the room she was very rude on the way she talked to my husband and I. She treat it us horrible like if we were ignorants or stupid. My daughter and my husband were not feeling well and she didn’t even addressed all the medical issues that both my husband and my daughter were having. It give me the impression that she was really upset for us been there. If she doesn’t like to treat patients she shouldn’t been working there. She even scare my daughter!

Extremely rude, gave little interest. Not through in the least. Came into the room and left because I was on my phone despite me hanging up within 5 seconds.
