Susanne Wheeler, AGPCNP-BC

When I recently tried to schedule a necessary surgery Susanne called me personally to inform me that because I refused treatment when I was in her office six weeks prior then I would have to go through the entire diagnosis process again before scheduling any treatment. She was aware that my condition was worsening and then proceeded to become defensive and combative over the phone with me to the point that she disconnected the call. I have never encountered such unprofessional and incompassionate behavior from someone in the healthcare profession.
