She waited until the day before an appointment I had scheduled a week and a half out to write and say she was actually not taking new patients after all. This wasted 10 days of time I could have been working on finding someone new. In reality, she never bothered sending new client paperwork in the week and a half leading up to the appointment. I believe based on the questions she asked at the end of my 15min consult, I was out of her scope and she just chose to waste my time instead of being able admit it. Very unprofessional. Don't chance your mental health with on this unreliable person.
