Extremely rude and unprofessional. Did not listen to a word I said and dismissed me immediately. Did not write the letter I asked for, made me seem like a burden. I told her I needed a letter on professional letterhead and she sighed and walked away and wrote a letter without even asking me what needed to be in it. I told her this was not what I needed and she told me to come back and tell the office what I needed. Have never felt so unimportant and uncared for in a doctors visit.
