Working with Dr. Bile at Revived Soul Medical was a great experience! I was lucky to find a practice that accepts my insurance, medicaid. She listened to all my concerns and I appreciate her holistic approach. We mostly focused on pharmaceutical treatments. She started me on an antidepressant and a controlled substance alprazolam, because I was having severe panic attacks daily. She explained that all practitioners at the practice order urine toxicology testing for patients prescribed controlled substances for increased safety monitoring for objective data. I really appreciate her dedication, professionalism and straight forward but compassionate approach. I reached out during a very difficult time in my life spiraling further after self medicating with alcohol and weed. Now my panic attacks have stopped. I was also able to stop alprazolam and taper off the antidepressant after 1 year. I have been able to move forward with a better quality of life. Thank you

If you want to be treated like a drug addict because you want an anti-anxiety medication while transitioning anti-depressants, strong recommend. Otherwise, steer clear. I hated the way she talked to me ( it was patronizing and disrespectful) and insisted I take a urine test even though I did not request a refill of the anxiety meds once I was at my maintenance dosage of anti-depressants. She needs to look at her biases and adjust. Terrible experience.
