Horrible experience. Waited nearly two hours for my 12 month old to be seen. Not that busy (second in line). No apologies for making us wait. When we finally were seen wewas told nothing she could do since it was after 5 (wanted to refer to specialist). Tried doing something to my child during exam which is not best practice and I asked her to stop. She continued on despite my request to stop and my child screaming. In the end we left with no answers or help.
