Suzanne cares about people. She is an excellent caregiver. She knows her stuff, and if she doesn't have the answer, she knows where to find it. She is easy to talk to, and she listens intently. Listening is an art that she has perfected. Because she has perfected her listening skills, she understands what I'm trying to convey. I feel very comfortable when she is in charge. I trust her 100%. She is awesome!
