Visits went extremely well

Excellent visit with my practioner's always caring, thorough, examination.

First time with this provider as my other left which was fine we didn't work well together , so honestly didn't have much expectations .That being said when my video call was all said and done I was completely surprised at the thoughtfulness & thoroughness she had shown , as just not what I was used to . Used to more aloofness and just getting through the call, to have a new provider be so through she made sure my meds the needed refills were filled.Even when it came to discussing of making changes on a few that I would have liked, she was honest about not being comfortable doing so which I can understand. Still as a new patient she gave me hope for a future relationship going forward with her as my provider.

She is an excellent doctor

Swati is never prepared for visit. She never answers questions or doesn't know the answer.

Swati listened carefully to my concerns, and arranged an appropriate referral.

Was in pain still after er, she took care of me listened and got me anti inflammatory which took the pain away

Swati Kataria is my favorite primary care medical provider I've had in many years. She listens and takes her time, while also being efficient. She answers all questions and takes my concerns seriously. I really enjoy being her patient.
