An excellent and personable doctor
I was very pleased with Dr. Thompson. She sutured a deep finger cut. The staff was quick to get me in for treatment. Dr. Thompson kept me informed of the steps in the process and was very considerate of my perceptions. She was not only professional in her work, but she also has a great sense of humor which made my visit as enjoyable as possible given the circumstances.

Horrible doctor
Not only is this doctor not knowledgeable, she is inadequate to do her job. I came in with concerns of bruising and to do lab work to rule out any blood disorders and she reported us to CPS. No abuser would come to check on bruising.

Met with Ms. Thompson for referrals to specialists in the Portland area following a move to the city and she was very professional, but also delightful to talk to and very personable. Left me feeling very optimistic about my choice to pursue treatment at OHSU.

She is top contender for the Nurse Ratched award for for disliking and disrespecting patients. I imagine she would be better suited out of direct patient treatment and working for an insurance company where she could deny authorizations for care. This would keep her from having to feel uncomfortable with patients who are distressed about their medical problems.
