Sylvia Brown was very patient during a very trying appointment with [NAME], who has dementia. There was a lot of information about situations that happened in the last 60 days and Ms. Brown was very patient as she tried to absorb all the information I was throwing at her. She offered real time advice and care and answered a follow up question via Mychart extremely fast.
