I was hesitant and feared taking the first step towards a healthier mental state. Had operated under the assumption that I did not suffer from depression or anxiety. Unfortunately life has a way of opening your eyes, was no longer able to avoid repressed issues. I was fortunate that I found Dr. Robin and began my journey . Although my time with her was short her insight and empathy were invaluable. I am able to continue self work and can now tell my self that I have value.

Robin is hands down the best psychologist I have ever seen. She made me feel calm, understood, important and respected. She listened closely to me and helped me work through my problems in a respectful, professional and empathetic manner. I felt safe in her office, and she made me feel hopeful in a world I felt was completely against me. I unfortunately had to switch insurances and can no longer see her. I have never felt more sad about stopping therapy with someone. She made me feel human. Which is crucial when you feel like a monster has taken over your mind. Highly recommend!
