Terrible
I went in to the office to establish care with Taesoo after my previous doctor left Mt. Sainai. We talked about getting my heart meds refilled, my blood sugar, and other pretty low level stuff. A week after my appointment, when nothing had been done I looked at my chart and Taesoo recorded literally nothing we had talked about. He didn't refill my beta blockers, he didn't inform me I was pre-diabetic. He didn't even record my name correctly. When I reached out to have this stuff rectified and my essential heart medication refilled, his team told me that he was out of town for the next month or more. He never even clicked the box to make himself my primary care provider, so at least it was easy to switch to a real doctor when I realized what a joke Taesoo is.
