Tamara is the best! I always leave our sessions feeling centered and empowered. She’s patient and really listens to my concerns so she can help me identify the underlying issues and ways to approach them. Grateful for her passion and her energy and her humor! Definitely recommend her to anyone who needs someone to talk to who won’t pass judgment as well as those that need some inspiration to level up in all aspects of their lives. She’s a gem!
