Tamara is hands down the expert on all things nutrition and GI related. More helpful than the many gastroenterologists I've seen throughout my lifetime. It was worth the out of state visit. I had already read both her books, and that was helpful to be familiar with what she might recommend, but she gave me lots more at our in person session. She helped me figure out a path forward and helped me feel more empowered to liberalize my diet safely. And if you haven't read her books, get them and recommend them to your friends that struggle with gut issues.
