This cardiology office Bayview Cardiovascular Associates, in general seems to be overbooked and takes sometimes 48 hours to have your questions answered or get in contact with your physician, so many times you are referred to the nurse practitioner. Ms Ivanova/Pace, nurse practitioner in this practice, was very defensive and condescending when I asked about the reasons for her medical regimen changes for treatment of my family member who recently had pacemaker implanted. She spoke in a scolding way when answering my questions and appeared to be indignant that she was even questioned. The cardiologist we had has left this office and we got a new cardiologist with friendly staff in a different office and our questions are always welcomed and answered. I would not recommend Ms Ivanova/Pace to anyone who wants informed, compassionate care.
