Tamara makes it easy to discuss any little health concern I have, and provides excellent detail about how we should deal with it.

I’ve been going to MHP for awhile, and the staff and doctors have been continuously rude. I overheard Reed and her staff giggling about making someone reschedule. I heard her say “that’s not my problem”, and I wanted to say actually, as a doctor, it is your problem. People come to you for care, not to be gossiped about in the hallways. There were multiple instances of this in one visit. People have bad days, and the staff are people, I understand. But it should not be acceptable for a doctor to keep an environment where the people providing their job security are laughed at and not taken seriously. Medical issues are serious and they require care and attention, not petty mean girl comments. If you can no longer provide adequate care to those that need it, like you’ve lost your will to care about others, I’d suggest no longer being in a career that calls for that. I will not be coming back.

She was early, thorough, thoughtful and informative. No complaints at all. I have always appreciated her attention and quick responses at any time through the patient portal. 5 stars.
