Tami Ford is an excellent Nurse Practitioner. My mom and I both see her as needed. She is never rushed and is very concerned about our well being. Tami came highly recommended to me and I would highly recommend her as well.

Discharges for ludicrous reasons. Office staff failed to provide medical records after repeated attempts after repeated attempts poor communication failure to notify within 30 days of discharge failure to provide me with help finding another provider cosme medical danger and medical harm by cutting off medications bottom line put my life at risk
