In my journey, dealing with numerous challenges, I encountered a therapist who exhibited remarkable directness. She demonstrated a keen attentiveness to my concerns, actively listening to my narrative. Her communication was transparent, delivering precisely what I required. As our sessions progressed, her demeanor revealed compassion, understanding, and an authentic commitment to meeting my needs, coupled with a genuine desire to facilitate my progress.

Sadly, she was terrible. From the fist call, she seemed cold, short and impersonal . Not something you'd want from someone that you will be sharing personal information with. After setting up an appointment, she refused to fulfill HER obligation of retrieving my authorization number from my provider, but instead put the task back on me, the patient because she was too lazy to retrieve information and provide it to my health care provider. She then sends me documents to complete that are not edible ( seems like she scanned them and sent them) so you cannot edit with adobe. I had to pay to print and scan them and since the authorization number was not filled out ( something she should have done) she immediately started the first 30 seconds of our call with : "well, I don't do free consultations" I said okay and and she hung up the virtual call IN MY FACE.
