Ms. Gaines gave me an exam that caused excessive pain. I don’t believe she’s competent.

After approximately three years of receiving care at South Florida Orthopedic, my recent encounter with Dr. Benedict's nurse, Tammy Gaines PC-A, left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. This visit stands out as the worst experience I've had during my time at the clinic.From the moment I met Ms. Gaines, it was evident that she lacked basic empathy and communication skills. She failed to inquire about my well-being or show any concern for my pain management needs. Instead of providing support and relief, her approach only served to exacerbate my discomfort and anxiety.To make matters worse, I was blindsided by the sudden termination of my pain program without any prior notice. The lack of transparency and consideration for my ongoing care was both shocking and unacceptable. What's more, I find it particularly egregious that they accepted my copay while effectively cutting me off from the program.Based on this experience and other reviews, I strongly advise others to steer clear of
