Bad Dr.
Very disappointed. I went to Dr. Tamy Johnson at Franz Eye Care for an allergy test, because shortly after starting a steroid treatment my eyes became red and had been red for several months. I was waiting for an hour and a half and finally she saw me and after 5 minutes of looking at my eyes the solution for her was steroid drops. She obviously didn't listen to anything I told her. I told her again that I wanted a test but since that means more paperwork, she refused and turned her back on me. This doctor was rude, showed no compassion and only let me see that the only thing she would do for me was prolonged steroid treatment, which is the easiest way to keep the patient for long periods of time and take money from the insurance in the easiest way. She was not at all interested in helping me. If you have a problem that requires professional help, don't waste your time with this doctor.
