I brought both my daughters to her as part of the InfantSee program. She gave thorough exams to them both. Great with kids, very knowledgeable and personable. Great Doctor.

Outstanding every way possible. She has to be the very best in the Myrtle Beach area, if not the entire state. I have challenging issues with my eyes and Dr. Tully solves them all with professionalism and a cheerful attitude.

The staff and Dr. Tully were very nice. When I received my glass there was something not right. I took them back three times only to be told they were ok. I went another doctor and found out that both lenses were exactly the same prescription. In my exam at Doctor #2 both eyes did not have the same prescription, so there was an issue and I just got brushed off. I will not go back to this office ever again
