Where do I begin!? This woman was like a ray of sunshine with her bedside manner. I am an extremely anxious patient and she never once made me feel rushed. She listened to my concerns first and took time to look over everything. She is thorough and her MA is the same with her demeanor as well. I would recommend this provider over and over without a hesitation! The amount of knowledge she shared in a way I could understand was great! If you are in need of a great dermatologist she is hands down worth the visit! Thanks again Tancy and team!

Love her!!! Have been seeing Tancy for several years now & have recommended her to several people. Even though she’s moved over to Hendersonville, which is a drag of a drive, I will continue to make the trip. She is truly caring & conscientious! And she remembers things we talked about a year ago! Well worth the drive.

Kind, caring individual who listened to my issues and concerns. She took time to explain my treatment plan. I felt confident that she can help me with my current issue and would assist with any future issues or concerns. I also really loved the fact that I was seen on time and was in and out of the office in a timely manner.

Tancy is the most down to earth, kindest, caring NP around town! She really took her time in explaining diagnosis and treatment options to me. She really seems to care for her patients! I will definitely be going back to CSSD to see Tancy for all of my skin care needs. Would HIGHLY recommend her! :)

I had a place on my arm that was concerning me & though I've never seen Tancy before (my previous doctor, Dr. Valet, left to start her own practice), I was able to see Tancy the same day of my call. Both she & her nurse were very upbeat & made me feel as though I was their #1 priority. When I left the appointment, I had information about my skin condition and a coupon to help pay for the treatment. Turns out it resolved itself, just like Tancy said that it would. I'm very pleased with her care.
