My son struggles to recognize and regulate his emotions - especially anxiety and anger. Working with her has empowered him to process his emotions in healthier ways and given our family a lot of practical insight into how to support him. We are better equipped to have conversations about his emotions, and he is better equipped to accept and regulate his emotions rather than allowing them to overtake him. We feel that her combination of play therapy, mindfulness / breathing exercises and talk times are the perfect balance for meeting kids where they are and helping them grow.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Tara. She has helped our son grow leaps and bounds. She creates a safe and positive environment that promotes great opportunities for mindful growth. Highly recomend

Our experience with Tara has been a very positive one! She has done wonders with our 6 year old daughter who has been seeing her for almost a year now. We have learned strategies that we can easily put in place at home and at school! My daughter enjoys going and is continually gaining new ways to self regulate her own behavior!

Very informative and helpful, helped us to see the big picture!

Very flaky and not helpful at all with providing written impression and evaluaiton for my child's school for resources. Told us to get into reading a certain psuedo eastern philosophy writer that was an old white woman whitewashing eastern philosophy and eastern medicine to make a buck. I would give zero stars if possible because she did not help us at all but you have to put one to write review.
