The absolute best she has helped me tremendously. She helped me recover from sexual child abuse and my bi polar disorder. I would recommend anyone to her if you really want help.

Tara is VERY unprofessional, she's rude and demeaning. I'm glad to see there's ONE veteran she's helping. I'd NEVER see her again!! She's a HORRIBLE representative of the CSB. She's NOT a Dr., but IS a social butterfly. If you're NOT interested in her external social gatherings and community networking she's NOT interested in YOU.

Tara is walking with me through a mental Health (Vietnam War) crisis. I continue to attend her veterans' group and individual counseling.triggers. She is a professional who clearly relates PTSD, OCD, Anxiety, and Depression symptoms and triggers to reality. She clearly explains complex psychological terms and concepts. Tara is my lifeline!
