After seeing Tara for a couple months, I felt like I was given a second chance at life. She is very professional and empathetic, and was a joy to work with. I felt completely safe to be vulnerable with her; she was always incredibly patient and non-judgemental. She also had a great memory, referring to people in my life with their names, which made me feel cared for and listened to. I found Tara through Psychology Today, after doing a lot of research for therapists sensitive to cultural issues, and therapists that had experience with relationship issues.
