Telehealth
Tara seems like she’s ideal in group settings but not one on one. She seemed very impersonal and it felt like she was just reading from a script. She continued to push homework even when I told her I wasn’t interested, interrupted me mid session and it felt like she prioritized to work her way rather than meeting me halfway in my care. She stopped me mid sentence in the middle of the session to make sure we schedule the next session
