I came into the clinic and asked for a liver panel test. She dismissed my request saying it was too late despite the fact they were taking bloodwork for other tests. It turns out that I have serious liver issues. As if that isn’t bad enough I had called and left a message with questions and she did call me back a week or so later. As I’m asking questions she stops and says “ this is the last question; I have to get home to my husband and children”. Unprofessional and neglectful.

Saw Tara for an annual physical. Had to wait over an hour because she was running behind. Asked for a follow-up and referral, which she never put in, so I had to schedule another appointment with a different doctor in order to get some follow-up lab work. She seemed personable, but not competent.. Would appreciate more organization to ensure that patients don't have to come in again for something she should've done during the first visit.
