Dr. Tara O'Brien, DC

I went to Kaizen Centre to see Dr. Tara for lower back pain that has been lingering for awhile but has recently exacerbated to the point where I could not get comfortable sleeping and day to day tasks became more difficult. After just 3-4 sessions, I immediately started to feel better. I was able to go back to my normal gym routine and sleep more comfortably. Dr. Tara was able to break down where my pain was coming from compared to any other physician I have seen in the past. Not only is Dr. Tara great, but the front desk staff is amazing and the office is always flexible when booking appointments. I highly recommend going to Kaizen Centre for any back/neck pain you may be experiencing. You won’t regret it!

I came to see Dr. Tara for chiropractic care due to intense lower back pain from a mix of bad lower spine disks and an unfortunate 8-hour drive. It got to the point where I couldn't even put my own socks on. After a few sessions with her, I was able to move about pain-free. She and her team are kind and welcoming from the moment you walk in, and they were even able to utilize my insurance to obtain the home care items needed in order to properly take care of my back outside of her office. Very convenient as well that the offices have physical therapy too to help strengthen my back and core, and she would go out of her way to check on me, even when I was in the office for PT and she was busy. I would 100% recommend to my family and friends if they ever needed chiropractic services.

I hurt my hip tripping down the stairs and as weeks went by it was getting progressively worse with constant excruciating pain. My friend recommended Dr. O'Brien as she did wonders for her after being hurt in a car accident. Within a month I noticed improvement and 3 months later i started noticing that my knees were even feeling much better ( they hurt due to being overweight). I am so glad I went! And the staff is so friendly and considerate - a positive experience all around!

After straining my back playing pickelball, I first tried Accupunture which gave me no relief. I then went to a Orthopedic Doctor who gave me drugs. Not wanting to stay on drugs, I got an appointment with Dr. Tara O'Brien. She was highly recommended by a friend. Immediately working on my problem area, I was able to sit and move comfortably without pain within a few sessions. My next problem area was my neck which was diagnosed with degenerative discs. It caused me to experience headaches for years. Dr. Tara focused on my neck and within a couple of sessions, my headaches were gone... no more drugs to stop the headaches! Both the Doctor and her staff are professional, courteous and helpful. I have been singing their praises to everyone. I highly recommend Dr. Tara to anyone who wants drug less pain relief.

I went to Kaizen Chiropractic several weeks ago with pain in my shoulders, upper arms and neck. Through several types of therapy, Dr Tara has significantly reduced my pain level to almost non existent. I have used chiropractors all my life and I truly believe in them

I've been a patient of Dr. Tara's for a number of years and that should tell you everything you need to know about her practice. She's an amazing chiropractor and even better person. Been keeping me on the straight and narrow for quite a while now! And she really does care about helping people feel their best. Even makes special appointments for emergencies no matter the day or time. I speak from personal experience. The neck and upper back are my weak spots. She fixes me up and away I go, better than ever. Highly recommended.

I came to Dr. Tara with chronic low back pain. I could not stand straight without a lot of pain. Dr. Tara has relieved my lower back pain and I can now stand straight without pain. She continues to work with me to improve my flexibility and keep me pain free. Dr. Tara and her staff are wonderful and I highly recommend this practice!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience has been at this Chiropractic office. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Tara. I had terrible neck pain to the point that it was difficult for me to drive or do simple tasks. She has magical hands and a wonderful disposition . I could not stand up straight when I first went to her. I was in total agony. She has kept me painless and mobile ever since for the past year that I have been going there. I am on a once a week maintenance that is keeping me in the best shape I could possibly be in. She is my Angel.

I came to Dr. Tara OBrian‘s office due to spinal stenosis. I had pain in my back and legs , muscle cramps and nerve pain. I could barely walk. After my first visit I felt better I couldn’t believe it. I am still seeing her and I also receive physical therapy with a great therapist. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tara and my physical therapist to anyone with pain! You will also love her warm, caring staff and the beautiful music that plays as you receive her healing touch.

I received excellent care from Dr. O'Brien. I came into the office with severe neck and lower back pain. With her targeting the right spots, I am feeling much better now.

I came to Dr Tara in excruciating sciatic pain. I could not even walk.
