I will NEVER see this PA again. I went in for a routine health exam for my work as an independent contractor. She was rude, didn't make eye contact, accusatory when reviewing routine health issues. She was unprofessional and I will be reporting her to the head doctor at this office. I've never had a worse experience with any medical professional in my life. This woman should not be in the service field.

Had a wellness screening done which is paid by my insurance. I received a bill from the Doctor and I called my insurance company who said, they had coded it wrong I should not have to pay. I called, they refuse to change it, the Dr stated, since I did not get a full physical, I have to pay. The insurance company called Family Centered Medicine and assured them that it was 100% covered, they would still receive the payment from the insurance and the Doctor still refused to change the coding.
