Telehealth
I was a member of Kaiser Permanente in 2021 and was assigned Tara to help with depression, anxiety, and anger management. She gave basic advice like focusing on positives using her personal life as as example. While spilling my guts out, she became impatient and yelled 'STOP!'Just like that the session was finished, even though we spoke a few minutes longer. If stopping negative thoughts was as simple as her yelling, depression wouldn't be such a big issue would it? Kaiser may be the only place that would hire someone like her and they dropped the ball in doing so. Whatever is going on with her, Tara Thomas should take care of herself before thinking about taking care of others.

A Bully-Does Not Respect Boundaries
Aggressive interrogator type. Does not respect boundaries. Not kind, caring nor a good listener. Do not recommend at all.

This counselor should not be able to exercise. Diagnoses people without having met them ever. This is defamation, she should be in jail.
