A little angry
I had an appointment scheduled for my son, it was the initial one. Ms. Zandi, was upset I was upset because I was unaware I needed to be present for the video call. I have four children, twins going on 2, and a 4 year old. All three of them were sick and one of the babies had pulled off his diaper, so I was rushing. I had the 4 year old yelling that she was hungry. I by a hair managed to get my son signed in for his session. My partner was present, but sometimes he gets a bit narcissistic and likes to hold things like the vehicles, his assistance with the children against me. So, I was hesitant on asking him for help, but had to to introduce myself to this pushy lady.I openly told her I had since I had my daughter had been struggling with my mental health. It was actually before then, kind of when I started dating my last three children's father. I was still frustrated in the moment and she kind of piggy backed off that frustration. Needless to say, she was very rude and entitled.

I have full custody of my child who has special needs in addition to being in the middle of a contentious custody battle from the other high conflict parent who vexatiously files court cases, Protective orders, which has affected my child’s mental health. (Imagine as a child under 8 being drug to court to falsely testify against a parent by a vexatious coparent trying to get custody by any means necessary) when I tried to explain this family dynamic to Ms Zandi she was not interested in getting any background. In fact, when my spouse sent documents related to my child’s mental health history and custody paperwork she scolded me on a very heated phone exchange. She called me to hostility inquire why I sent the documents against her wishes. Thoroughly confused, I called my spouse on three way who explained they were trying to help and didn’t realize that Ms Zandi did not wish to receive that paperwork. A supervisor got on the phone line to mediate. I was so shocked by this unprofessi
