I couldn't believe that I was asked if I was confusing my dosage on my thyroid medication with the previous dosage by her and the nurse. I tried to explain what was going on only to be interrupted and told that I should not be taking the 2 mg in addition to the 50 mcg of levothyroxine. Since I was taking the 2 mg plus the 50 mcg how is it possible that it was still low when my test came back? There is some confusion, but it isn't on my part. My pharmacy sent me a text stating that I needed to contact my health care provider to get the prescription refills. If I had not been taking the 2 mg plus the 50 my numbers would have been much lower than they were. I know without any doubt my numbers are going to be really low since I have NOT been taking the 2 mg since the visit on the 15 of August. I am already feeling the affect of not having the correct dose. I didn't appreciate being told that I was confused on what I have been taking. I didn't appreciate being interrupted while trying to ex
