Unprofessional. Totally tried to railroad me and constantly lied about rates, her policy and conversations we never had.

We had the unfortunate luck of having Tawnya recommended to us for help in our child custody case. At first appearance, she seems to have the children's best interests at heart, however we soon learned that Tawnya is the farthest thing from an impartial party. She appeared to have chosen a side at some point, and from then on made decisions based on her bias rather than what was best for our children. After consulting with an expert, our concerns about Tawnya's practices with our case were confirmed. Many of her recommendations were not healthy for our children. We had to fight to have her removed from our case, and have since learned that she has developed a reputation for choosing sides and making one-sided professional decisions and court recommendations.

I recommend Tawnya to many of my pharmacy customers looking for counseling help, either for themselves or for their children. I feel confident when I tell them that she is outstanding.

Tawnya and her staff has been working with my family after a court decision. Initially unhappy, I wanted time with my child asap and felt this was just a delay. After some time, I can say is that she has everyone's best interest at heart. She is fair with everything and willing to answer any questions. In our case she was there to evaluate the family situation and to help our child have time with both parents and do what is best for your child. She and her genuinely cares about helping people

Refused to include me when my ex took our kids to see her. She told the courts I refused her calls.. although my phone company records prove otherwise. Witnessed my ex making false police reports and tried to help my ex gain custody of my kids based on this. Then said she didnt know about the allegations. When I finally did get in contact with her there were issues making appts or she cancels our scheduled sessions. Tells my kids they are liars! Her and Mel are rude and NOT PROFESSIONAL!

Rude assistant, office staff was not helpful or nice.

She has consistently refused services, chosen sides, and deliberately helped the courts place my child in a dangerous situation. She has lied and slandered my name, my friend's name, and dragged the kids in my life down, instead of help them as she said she would. She continues to push appointments out and refuses to acknowledge the appointment she had set into her records. I wasn't happy with the progress, and with her, be ready for her to play sides against eachother.
