Taylor is a very comfortable person to talk to. She truly doesn't judge you and helps you by giving her perspective as an outsider, while also facilitating to help you come to your own conclusions. She gives you ways to cope and manage through dbt based skills and she is anything but pushy. If you want to pass on a subject, she'll explain why it could help to work through it, but she completely respects your decision to say no.
