I have been happy with the counseling services that my son has received. Scheduling was made easy and Melissa was a big help in facilitating that! His counselor has really helped him.

Dr Johnson and her staff are amazing. I’ve been seeing Dr Johnson for several years and she has been amazing. I have been to several therapists throughout the years but none have been as helpful as Dr Johnson. She really cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to help. She’s a truly and amazing and caring doctor!!

Although I had been very fortunate to build a successful career, I was experiencing increasingly difficult challenges due to past trauma and severe work induced stress combined with my own inherent autistic traits. Four years ago, I sought help from Dr. Temperance Johnson and she was very meticulous in confirming my diagnosis on the Autism Spectrum. In subsequent visits, Dr. Johnson has provided me with many tools and coping mechanisms that have made my life better every day. Through her guidance I have established healthier routines, yielding better outcomes and she has provided me with EMDR therapy to help me get beyond particularly traumatic events in my life. I continue to see Dr. Johnson at WellMind, because every session, she empowers me with new tools to improve my response to the challenges of life on the spectrum and each time, she provides new perspectives and insight which have helped me grow as a person, living more comfortably in my skin.

I had one visit a few months ago in September. My insurance didn't cover the full visit. I found this out when 126 dollars were taken out of my bank account on December 30 without warning. I had no bill sent to me. This office gave me the poor excuse that they don't send out billing statements, no instead they just surprise you by pulling the money you don't even know you owe months after the appointment. I will not be using this office in the future due to their poor billing management.

I've seen Dr. Johnson for over a year now and I've learned so much about myself and now I don't take responsibility for the abuse I received as a child by my parents. Our sessions are intense yet I walk out of there with so much weight off my shoulders. I would definitely recommend EMDR as this was the therapy that changed my life. I am so grateful for my therapy with Dr. Johnson and highly recommend her.

I went to her for help with our daughter. She was only able to see her once or twice a month if we were lucky. She blamed my daughter's unwillingness to open up. How do you develop any kind of relationship with anyone if you only see them once a month? I keep going thinking her calendar would open up. She is too busy to be effective. Waist of time.

Working with Dr. Johnson changed my life. I could not recommend her highly enough. I went from a depressed and completely suicidal person, living in my family’s home, to living my dream life, working through graduate school and landing my first jobs, taking me out of state. My life completely changed course after seeing Tempernace. I healed and was finally able to move forward from a painful and traumatic past, reclaiming my self esteem. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Very bad experience with this doctor. To start off the front office receptionist denise took 5 days to confirm my insurance even though its government issued and can be checked online. On top that she had the audacity to tell me i still had to fill out some paperwork once doing this it would take another 2 weeks to see her. long story short not worth it look for someone who cares about their patients.
