She does virtual visits at ProHealth Care and three words— not very good. My first time having a virtual appointment and never again, especially with Teraya. She made the experience horrible. I was on the call with her for one minute total, asked questions about my health and she did not answer them at all, instead repeated herself until I would eventually get frustrated and “accept” her answer. Talked over me, all that good stuff. I was shocked honestly. 0 out of 10, terrible at virtual appointments, does not connect with patient at all. Don’t think her regular in person appointments would be any good either.. please avoid.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE HER!!! Everything about her, her bedside manner, her attitude, the way she speaks to you. She is amazing! I prefer to see her over anyone in that practice.

If you want a provider who talks at you instead of with you Teraya is your girl. I will never be back. I also felt rushed and like I was being forced to take a prescription for something that I just didn't want. Trying to explain myself and what I was going through and felt I needed. Was told that she wasn't there to listen to my problems and just give me whatever I wanted. I was to do things her way. This provider is not very good.
