My partner and I met with Teresa for several months and it was going really well - we liked her, and we were seeing improvements in our relationship. In what would be our final appointment with Teresa, she demonstrated a significant lack of knowledge and made several incorrect assumptions about a particular area of our lives. This is something that we probably would have been able to talk through, but in the moment, we were definitely annoyed at her statements and lack of knowledge. Teresa became extremely defensive and after a few minutes she just said, 'I don't need this today' and hung up the call. She did not reach out to us in any way afterward to let us know whether or how she would like to proceed or to explain her behavior. We are appalled at her lack of professionalism and despite all of the good things she has to offer, we would never recommend that another person subject themselves to abandonment by this therapist.

After meeting with Teresa with my wife for marriage counseling for just over 2 months she fired us Helen my wife that she did not feel that it was safe for her to continue to see us because I yelled at her. However when we called the counseling agency they told us that Teresa dropped us so that way she could see our daughter. Teresa Bragg's about her counseling skills and all the decades of experience that she has yet over 75% of the time she will be late with no explanation and when she does let you know she'll be running late you will have to wait over 30 minutes past your start time for her to show up and with all that experience why is somebody yelling at her grounds to fire them as a client?. She's also willing to tell her clients that in her eyes you aren't willing to do what she's saying and so making the client feel demoralized along with gaslighting them when they call her out for saying one thing and doing another. And if you are late for an appointment she'll charge you.
