Teresa had no idea what she was talking about and gave me the wrong diagnosis. She was rude , not friendly and rushed my entire appointment.

This PA made me get an SPE with my DOT medical card. Lost two months of income because she is incompetent and doesn't know what she is talking about. SPE aren't needed for arthritis. My boss called to confirm the diagnosis and the office said I received a clean bill of health, but the copy of my medical card, my boss received, had SPE checked. Office personal are rude and unaware of their decisions towards other people. If this PA had known her job, no time or money, would have been lost.
