Changed Optometrist to see her!
Dr. Taylor was seen as a 2nd opinion. Due to her thoroughness and care, a problem I knew had been missed elsewhere was caught and addressed. She is now our family optometrist. I could not be happier with Dr. Taylor and her team!

Great with a first timer
My daughter had never been to the eye dr before and was pretty nervous. Dr Taylor was friendly, kind, and even a bit silly. It was a good first experience for my kid.

Simple and smooth experience.
The entire visit to Eye-Q was great. Everyone was very polite, and my appointment was quick! I do recommend early morning appointments when possible, they get pretty busy! Dr. Taylor-Black was fantastic, (doesn’t hurt that she is a Niners fan!) I will be back again for sure!

Excellent Experience
I’ve seen Dr. Taylor twice in-person in the past year and both experiences have been fantastic. She’s incredibly friendly and personable while remaining professional. She’s knowledgeable and answers any questions and addressed any concerns I may have. I feel completely at ease and confident that I will get the best care for my general eye health as well as keeping on top of after-LASIK care.

Dilate eye check
My appointment was at 2:50. The doctor came into the exam room at 4:03. Not being Dr Taylor-Backs fault it was still very frustrating for me. Need time/ patience correspondence.

I decided to become an Optometrist at the age of 16.  I volunteered in Optometric offices during high school and college.  I enjoy my profession and try to recommend 'options' to my patients and feel that educating my patients on their eyes/eye condition is key in compliance.
