Horrible care
Patient in an acute setting decompensating and she's covering. Patient complaining of severe abdominal pain. Floor nurse called for assistance, the computer system was down, while on speaker phone she adamantly refused to talk to family that was at the bedside for medical history, ordered medication on a renal patient without knowing kidney function. Her arrogance is dangerous. Do not use.
